Our Vision

Annandale Family Medicine provides health care for the entire family. As Family Physicians, we are specifically trained to meet the health care needs of the entire family. We see infants, children and adults for physical examinations and immunizations, at times of acute illness and evaluation and management of chronic conditions. New Patients

We are currently accepting new patients into our practice. To ensure you receive a membership slot in our practice, we encourage you to go ahead and Sign Up via our website or call a Privia Membership Advisor during normal business hours at 888.774.8428.  Privia will also assist you in scheduling your first appointment.

Our clinicians and staff will listen carefully and answer you with clear explanations. We believe that good communication leads to a more satisfying experience for all of us. The relationship between physician and patient should be one of trust, friendship and mutual commitment to good health. We hope you will find that here.

Appointments

Appointments are scheduled Monday - Friday from 8:15 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Phone hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:45 P.M. The office phone number is 703-941-0267.

We are open on Saturdays from 9:00 A.M. to 11:45 A.M.  The purpose for Saturday hours is to provide direct access for urgent problems that can not wait until Monday. Appointments are not taken on Saturday.

After Hours/Emergencies

For life threatening emergencies call "911" or proceed to the nearest emergency department. 

After hours access (on-call) is shared with Family Health Care of Virginia.

We are affiliated with INOVA Fairfax Hospital.
